How do I get my templates after buying?
Right after payment, we email you everything you need — including a link to the editor for customisable kits. Add your photos, download your PDF, and you're set.
How should I print my templates?
Print on A4 at 100% scale — please don't use "fit to page", it changes the measurements. Any home printer works; 200gsm+ paper feels the nicest for boxes.
Can I print a template more than once?
Yes! Once it's yours, print it as many times as you like for personal use.
What do I need to assemble a matchbox?
Just scissors (or a craft knife), glue, and a little patience. The stencil has cut lines, fold lines, and "stick" tabs marked — nothing else needed.
Do you offer refunds?
Since these are digital downloads, we can't take them back once delivered — but if something's wrong with your file, write to us and we'll make it right.
